Do you ever have one of those days?

I’m having one of those days when I can’t get out of my own head. I’m tired, and out of sorts and I seem to get my feelings stomped on very easily. I feel nearly invisible.
I am trying to quit smoking, or rather, trying not to cheat at it anymore and quit for real, and that stress is really annoying me. I’ll be glad when it’s time to pack up and go home.
